But, why is there a squash over there? Like every design project I tackle, Butternut Squash soup starts with something very simple and basic: a Cucurbita maxima, also known as the simple squash. From there we can chop, slice, cut or dice the squash. We can bake it with cinnamon or nutmug, with apples or in apple cider. Onions or peppers can be mixed in along with brown sugar or a little black pepper. The options are nearly endless, and it all starts with a simple squash.
That’s why, along with my design work, you’ll find some of my favorite recipes. So feel free to bake some cookies as you take a gander at my work.
